Trading Room Not quite as competitive as the actual pit, but the camaraderie is the same. We are fortunate to have a loyal membership in our online trading network. The mark of any successful organization is the type of people that surrounds it. We are most proud of our membership. We do not employ a sales staff nor will we ever. We do not employ a sales staff for one reason; we know that not everyone is qualified to be trading. We can rely strongly on referrals from our current members because they are satisfied. To become a member you must be recommended by another member or be accepted. However we do not discriminate, but some prerequisites are required and we are committed to gradual growth. Through this process we are successful in building lasting partnerships. When the time is right, members are elevated to elder status and will be given moderator privileges. We do not sensor our members and we encourage a free exchange of ideas. We do however; demand all members be respectful at all times and without exception. A member who fails to comply will be removed immediately and be given a refund. That does not mean that you can not be critical of the trades demonstrated. After each trade, profitable and not, will be an overview and adjustments if necessary. We encourage a free exchange of ideas because no two traders are completely alike. No “educator” will confess to this but, all trading techniques work but not all work for everyone in all situations. Although we provide, what we believe as sound techniques, the truth is it may not work for you. Our goal, bottom line is to make you a better trader. We are not offended or discouraged if you incorporate something else you have learned, in the online trading room or anywhere else, into your trading. Once again the goal is to make YOU a better trader. The room serves members with three important purposes. First and foremost, it provides a place to get the most out of your trading. Secondly, it provides access to a community of traders and trading professionals with a vast amount of quality knowledge and insight. Lastly, it provides a place "where everyone knows your name". The room allows you the opportunity to forge relationships that last a life time. This truly is a diverse community of traders from all over the world and every walk of life. |
